For more than 20 years, our Founder and Chief Encourager, Alicia Newton-Hardnett has helped leaders grow from the inside out — designing over 300 leadership programs for organizations including Meta, Amazon, Chick-fil-A, Coca-Cola, Core & Main, and the U.S. federal government.
In 2025, she stepped away from client work to study Generative AI deeply. Not as a trend. As a leadership inflection point. In January 2026, during a month-long strategic retreat, Alicia clarified her next evolution: Learning Path AI — a company focused on Gen AI Leadership Training and intelligent AI systems that help organizations adopt AI with discernment and strategic intent.
Within weeks of launching, she secured her first AI systems client — designing a conversational voice agent for a real estate firm to answer, pre-qualify, and route inbound calls to live agents, improving speed-to-lead without sacrificing human connection.
